Repurposed Gem

This young family inherited a summer home with nostalgic appeal. When an adjoining property with knockout views of the Catskills and neighboring ski slopes came on the market, they bought it and hired us to pick up their beloved childhood summer house and move it up the hill. This was an exciting project requiring a lot structure intact for the move.

At the new hilltop site, we constructed a walk-out ground floor rec room and guest rooms. The open kitchen/dining area opens onto a scenic stone patio, bringing the outdoors in. We also renovated the upstairs bedroom suite to maximize those mountain views and added an attached garage for easy wintertime access.
